Avoid: Don't believe the hype from Servicemagic These guys are terrible. They installed all the equipment in our house and we have a service contract with them. Tonight we ran out of heat and called for help around 7pm. The call center kept promising their oncall would call back. We didn't get anyone on the phone til 9:30pm and he was rude and unhelpful. I'd avoid these guys.
