I switched to Genesee this year for annual gas furnace cleaning and inspection, and will be coming back from now on. Their thorough and careful work was a vast improvement from other Seattle-area companies I've used over the years.
We have no heat or hot water. We're supposed to be out today to reconnect and not they call and say "something came up, we'll be out Friday". Just casually...like no big deal, right?!
I've been using Genesee Energy off and on over several years, and consistently for the past two years. Lately I've found them to provide consistently reliable and outstanding service for my gas furnace. Their techs have been very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. Recently I've had a couple of issues that required same day service and they've been super responsive and helpful. Good people, great service, cheapest gas out there.
Poor service , multiple call backs and 0 follow up. Actually never received a call back. Spoke to 4 different people and apparently they don’t talk to each other. Just a poorly run business with 0 communication.
