I have an oil furnace that is serviced by and supplied oil by Genesee Energy. The furnace stopped working this past week and I called Genesee for assistance. It was extremely cold very late in the afternoon that day and Josie Lewis answered the phone when I called. She was extremely helpful, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable and quickly provided assistance.
