Amazing customer service! Genesee is the best propane company of any we've dealt with in over 30 years in our location. We have full confidence we will not run out of propane before winter storms, the delivery and office people are pleasant, and I so wish all other organizations we deal with were the same.

I've been using Genesee Energy off and on over several years, and consistently for the past two years. Lately I've found them to provide consistently reliable service for my gas furnace. Their techs have been knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. Recently I've had a couple of issues that required same day service and they've been super responsive and helpful. Yesterday was Day 3 of an atmospheric river and somehow it triggered my seismic shutoff, causing all my gas to be turned off. I reset the shutoff but ... read more
I switched to Genesee this year for annual gas furnace cleaning and inspection, and will be coming back from now on. Their thorough and careful work was a vast improvement from other Seattle-area companies I've used over the years.
We have no heat or hot water. We're supposed to be out today to reconnect and not they call and say "something came up, we'll be out Friday". Just casually...like no big deal, right?!
