I like my therapist. But the psychiatrist isn't the best. She only prescribes depression medication Even If you're diagnosed with other issues that you're still having problems with. And I know I'm not the only one having issues with this because everyone else who goes to this office has the same issue. She's been the problem there for years doing that when they've done nothing. Also when calling I was on hold for a while so my phone was muted and before I could even turn on my mic to talk they hung up.
I'VE HAD NOTHING EXCEPT POSITIVE AND UPWARD GROWTH WITHING THE GENESEE COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH ORGANIZATION. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT. I UNDERSTAND HOW IT'S INTIMIDATING BUT I SAY EARNESTLY. "THROUGH MEDICINE AND PRAYER WE WILL GET THERE." WE ARE ALL PRACTICING MEDICINE. AND GOD IS OUR ULTIMATE PHYSICIAN. honestly, love my counselor. but trying to get my meds has been a nightmare. I'm actually more stressed and more suicidal then I was before coming here. my script was due 3 days ago and since my doctor left I had to weight till monday.. mad but whatever. did my appointment she said it would be sent in and now it's 4pm and I find out it can't be filled till tomorrow. didn't tell me earlier. every nurse I have talked to has been nothing but mean and cruel. now my family Dr won't take my scripts back. so I'm feeling extremely h... read more
My counselor is amazing.....but everything else about this place is terrible....the doctors don't stick around and the system is very disorganized. Would NOT recommend..... if you have other options take one of them.
