Great experience with maintenance people, John & Josh. Both were Helpful, Kind, Respectful & Personable. We now have 2 new one-piece taller toilets installed in both of our bathrooms. Grills are in poor condition. Maintaince has to come out many times to fix old appliances. Noise concerns that disturb your sleep throughout the night will not be handled by management- you are on your own. I don’t recommend this residence to single woman - (You have to over work to get your point across & be taken seriously) ask how old the carpet is before you move in- looks can be deceiving.

My husband and I are on our third year living at Genesee and we genuinely cannot say enough good things about this property! Management is incredibly responsive, very personable, and fun; any maintenance work has been taken care of promptly and professionally every time; the property is very well taken care of year round, and I’ve actually taken notice over the years that all three buildings are spotless nearly 24/7.
