I recently paid Gene's Tree Service to do tree trimming work. I paid up front, as they required. Then I was told that they could not remove some of the limbs that I requested be removed. I was told that my roof was too steep, and they couldn't remove the limbs, but I didn't receive any refund of the payment I had made to get these tree limbs removed.
