I’ve used Gene’s Tire Service several times in the past to patch tires on my vehicles and have always been pleased. This past weekend, my husband hit a curb in my CX-5. It did some damage to the tire and rim. He took it to Genes today to replace the tire. They told him it was just cosmetic and there wasn’t a need to buy a new tire. I was on my way home and ran over a screw! When I stopped I could hear air coming out fast! It was 4:55 as I pulled into Gene’s Tire with only 20 lbs. of air left in it and was going out fast. They took my car right in and patched my tire and had me back on the road in 15 mins! Always friendly and courteous! Great people!!

Had a blow out from trash in the road with many hours to drive in front of us. The team at Gene's got on the job, got the tire changed, got tire pressures checked & had us back on the road in about 30 minutes at lunchtime no less. Outstanding!

I can not say enough how great this place is. I took my sons car because it was making a noise. Come to find out it’s a part that has to come from the dealership. Even though they took time out of their day to check the car out we weren’t charged a thing when we picked it up. The customer service is top notch!! Thank you all so very much for helping us!!
