Great service! Friendly people and good prices. Way back when I was in high school I bought tires here. Gradually though, I drifted towards the cheap tires at Walmart. After running those a few years I finally decided that they really were cheap (quality) tires... I’m not sure why I kept buying tires there after that, but I did. But I did upgrade the tires I was getting. I came back to Gene’s Tire when I heard he was good to the church when they got tires and that’s where they went. I’m glad I did! Excellent customer satisfaction! My dad had always used them and told my husband and I to remember to go to Gene's for all your tire needs. I was there a couple of months ago and had quite a problem. As it got close to 5, I remember asking if they closed at 5 and the reply was,"We close when our customers are served."
Courteous service, reliable work.
I got 4 brand new tires at Ford motor credit.... within a week 2 of them busted. I came to Genes both times and he gave me a great deal! And helped me through my broke stress! And now this week, I found a nail in my tire, he pulled it out and patched it up, free of charge! Not only are they honest and fair, their customer service is outstanding and they deserve every customer in Durant! ❤❤
