Very professional! They got my septic emptied quickly. Didn't solve the problem, but it did need pumped and they gave me some ideas of what else to try. Will definitely usa again and refer them to my friends.

Fantastic service, and more than reasonable price. I had a bit of an urgent need for service of our septic system. The folks at Gene's were able to get out to our house quickly, and did a great job. Everyone I spoke to from the woman who answered the phone, to the gentlemen that came out to the house were super friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Gene's Septic Tank Cleaning to anyone.
I called them at 10am, spoke with the lady at the office and was in dire need of getting our septic cleaned since it was so full. Originally she said it might be next week until they can make it out and I said “Ok just let me know”. Shortly after that first call she called me back and said they could make it today! Long story short they showed up and knocked it out! I couldn’t be more impressed with their operation, organization, and skills. Highly recommended!
