Wonderful, attentive, and prompt service. I have a weekend home several hours from my primary residence and complicated indoor/outdoor plumbing leak arose. We called Gene's to our office to take care of a few plumbing issues. From call booking to finalized product they remained the professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I would recommend them again.
People who answered the phone were not polite or helpful. Wouldn’t recommend at all. If you want business you cannot have an impolite person being the first thing that a potential customer hears.
