5 star Our daughter locked herself out of her running car with her phone and extra key locked inside! Gene’s was to the rescue and had fixed the problem within 15 minutes. They were very kind and helpful, with a reasonable price. We couldn’t have asked for a better service or nicer people. Thank you!
If I could give 528464 stars I would! I locked myself out of my apartment, and the only one who has a replacement key was over 3 hours away and out of service. Answered the phone immediately, was at my place within 15 minutes, was able to get me in right away AND was so kind and gracious about the whole ordeal!! I can’t recommend them enough!!!
They got to my car within 10 or 15 minutes! They went above and beyond to get my car door open and even cut a spare key for me. Thank you so much!!
Outstanding technical skills AND customer service. These folks can really rise to the challenge. I dropped-off a huge OshKosh 100 year-old steamer wardrobe trunk (like you saw in the movie Titanic). It’s a family heirloom, but I’d lost the original keys 😳 Not only were they able to get it open without damaging anything... they were even able to make me new, functional keys for the century old locking mechanism. Our daughter lost the keys to her auto at a popular hiking place down Spearfish Canyon on the morning of our eldest son's wedding. We want to thank Glenn for his service and vigilance to getting the Lexus keys cut and working. Very appreciative to this outfit.
Bryan is our neighbor and our friend, but he is also an exceptional businessman and has a genuine passion for learning about his trade and offering more services in our community. Most importantly, he is a good Citizen. Every time there is a big snow he gets his personal vehicle with a snow blade and clears our street. These guys can do some really neat things for home security and locks. They make it easy if you have rentals also. I highly recommend these people.
