Great people and prices
I am a lifelong resident and like the hit the pawn shop to see what they have for sale from time to time. whenever I enter Gene's Pawn Shop im always welcomed. Went in today to buy a sander and katherine was super helpful.they're also never in your face trying to push a sale.all around good people.
Pros and Cons - Pros: Clean stores, more often than not personable and respectful employees (read further in cons section) better than avg. merchandise. Cons: Biggest fault is without a doubt "Management Mentality"! Several managers at Gene's Pawn Shop (AKA: Gene's Jewelry and Pawn) come across as arrogant, and high minded; lacking in genuine customer courtesy and appreciation.
