Fantastic friendly service! I had forgotten who I had used in the past, so I googled and called the top 3 ranked florists in Naples and not one of them answered the phone during their posted open business hours. I called Gene's and they answered the phone and helped me :) As it turns out, they are who I called a while back and forgot. Thanks again for the reminder as to who I will call going forward forever! High rankings on Google do not equate to great service!
