While Gene has done good work in the past, he is not trust worthy and he is a blatant liar. Do not be fooled by his big smile as I would never take my business to him again after many year and many cars being in his shop. Constantly telling you the car will be done in a few days (many times) when he has never started on it surely is not acceptable.
Repaired my 2010 Subaru Legacy... Gene (son) was perfect. He explained the damage, the process to repairing it, and provided a fair estimate. The final results were flawless. I couldn't believe how great the car looked. I was extremely concerned what would happen since this was my first (and hopefully my last) fender bender I've been in. On a scale of 1 to 10? 15! My family has used Gene for over 40 years for everything from minor beauty treatments to serious body work. He has worked on everything from old beaters to high end Benzes and Bimmers. His work simply put is nothing short of outstanding. The craftsmanship and paint matching is amazing. Gene's pricing is more than fair. After a vandalism incident at our home where three cars were damaged, my insurance company recommended going to Gene's for the repairs. I called up Gene and began to work with him to get the cars fixed and returned in a timely fashion. I was impressed from the outset with Gene and his shop. Was involved in a bad rear end collission, took it to Genes Auto Body and it looks like i just bought the car off the lot. Excellent service and very knowledgable staff. Would HIGHLY reccomend. If i am ever involved in another accident, this will be the place that i take my car to.
My fiancee was recently involved in a hit-and-run. Gene worked with us every step of the way in dealing not just with the insurance company, but also with rental car recommendations and an honest assessment of what he felt we needed to fix the car.
