They did an amazing job fixing my car. It was also ready a day ahead of schedule! Nice! Definitely recommend them!
Don.and his staff work on my 2009 lincoln mks around the 10th of January they did an excellent job on my car. They would call me and update me about my car. They were all very nice time work with. Dons wife pam detailed my car it looked 1000 times better then it did when I bought it from the dealership. The inside looked brand new. She did a very good job on it thank you guys again. The employees that work there must be writing good reviews for this company to stay in business. By far, the worst repair shop Ive ever been to. I was warned by friends and other people that have had work done here and all of them were negative experiences. Well I listened to an insurance appraiser who said he deals with them a lot. Boy was that a mistake. They said it would only take 7 business days to complete. Well it has been well over 20 days. Gene is a likeable guy. But my experience so far has been a nite mare.The worst craftsmenship I have seen for body shop. I should never havelet my adjuster talk me into going here.Paint, fit, quality and too many hassles going to get vehicle and still notcompleted to a person who is not looking for perfection but just satisfaction.Would not, could not recommend. Sorry I went.
