I got stuck in a hail storm while traveling and went to Gene's to get an estimate. The staff there said the damage to my car wasn't hail and that my insurance company wouldn't approve the work. Because the damage was hail, (I literally sat in a storm for 15 minutes), my insurance company did approve the work. I called Gene's on a Thursday to schedule the work and they told me to call back on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to schedule and maybe they'd get me an appointment in 3 months. I have been going to Geanes auto body for 25 years. The best workmanship you will get is what Mike, his son and Scotty and the rest of his crew provide at a fair price. For all auto body repair I highly recommend genes auto body.
