RecommendedMy 2015 Chevy 1500 radio went half black last year and Gene’s took care of the problem with a new and fancier radio. Very happy and satisfied. Now, in the past week, went back and had them replace all the factory speakers on the same vehicle. The upgrade in the sound quality is incredible. But the service and customer service provided by Gene and Mike I stop notch. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. You don’t stay in business as long as Gene’s has been there by not providing a top notch service and quality product.
Gene installed my system into my new car and I honestly couldn't be any more happier with the work that was done. it definitely was time consuming ( I got impatient with excitement) but Gene stayed after hours and worked on it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. from start to finish took about a day and a 1/2. I spent around $550 for everything but it was worth every penny. to Gene and his wife and employees thank you so much! and I'll be back soon for the next project! LOL

The guys at Gene’s did an excellent job at fixing and upgrading the sound system in my husband’s truck. Dropped it off one afternoon and had it back the next! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t wait to see my husband’s reaction when he gets home from deployment!

where do I begin. iv been doing bussiness and dealing with Gene Susan and Mike since 2008. nothing but streight forward answers and genuine knowledge. I have never gone in and felt pressured to buy anything and everytime i do it's perfect and i have NEVER had an issue. i also feel that the prices are fair as it's right there and you dont have to wait days on end for it to show up. they also work with you with any budget.
