Rick and his team did an outstanding job installing a new AC and furnace at my daughter’s house. They worked very efficiently and kept the work site clean. They got the entire new system installed between 8 am and 3 pm. They even had to do additional work given they were updating the furnace to a high efficiency system which meant running PVC to vent the unit outside the house. The total price was competitive.
Through two husbands and five houses, I have always used Gene’s Appliance and they have been wonderful. During the summer of 2025, we had several days of extremely hot weather and our central air unit quit working. After calling the office on a Friday night, Rick, the owner, showed up Saturday morning. I was very impressed with such fast service. Ultimately, we had another unit installed in the upstairs of our home and Gene’s did that work for us too.
