I strongly do not recommend this contractor. They have been unwilling to return any phone calls or emails on why my installation did not meet code and therefore cannot be fully installed. I deal with a lot of contractors and businesses in my line of work but have never seen such horrific customer service.
I have requested Maintenace service for my 22k generator. I am still waiting for someone from Generx to come. The phone numbers they have won't allow you to speak to a representative or anyone. the company needs to fix this. If you are scheduled for service, you should be notified the time they will arrive.
