I strongly do not recommend this contractor.   They have been unwilling to return any phone calls or emails on why my installation did not meet code and therefore cannot be fully installed.   I deal with a lot of contractors and businesses in my line of work but have never seen such horrific customer service.

I have requested Maintenace service for my 22k generator. I am still waiting for someone from Generx to come. The phone numbers they have won't allow you to speak to a representative or anyone. the company needs to fix this. If you are scheduled for service, you should be notified the time they will arrive. Waiting for hours and hours does not get it. Customer, St. Augustine, Fl 32092

I had my generator installed today by GenerX of Ocala. It seemed to go well however it was not put on a pad and leveled as per my original conversation with salesman, and it is supposed to be level to within 0.5 inches all around as per page 17 of the Generac installation guide. Also, my understanding was that I would get a 10-year factory warranty and I found out today that I only got a 5-year factory warranty and GenerX salesman told me I will get their in house 10-year warranty and this info would come in 2 weeks.
