I recommend NEVER using this company. From a new construction 5-years ago we have never had our AC function. At the current temps our house is sitting at 79 while the outside temp is 70. Our windows provide better cooling than their work ever will. They have made at minimum 10 trips to our home over those years never resolving the issue. Instead opting for the cop out answer of refilling freon and ignoring phone calls. I have left 3 voicemails this year alone without receiving any call backs. Knowledgeable and fair price.
Repaired my air conditioner, with a different part. Told me he would order right part and come back out. 4 phone calls later begging to finish the job, even offered to put part in myself..No response! TERRIBLE customer service, poor workmanship.
