Good person
I have used Generic Transmission in the past and was very happy with their service. Now that I need another repair on a separate vehicle I went straight to them. I have talked with several people in the mechanics industry and all recommended Generic Transmission.
If I could give this place a zero star, I would. My husband brought his car into this shop on April 6th, and he didn’t get it back until the first week of July. Despite the constant communication between the shop and the insurance, they continued to refuse service. Once they did “fix it,” it broke the day after he got it back. And when he brought it back to them to fix again, they refused to give it back to my husband until the insurance payment came through, despite being in communication with the insurance.
