Unfortunately, due to an error with their website, my instructions to ship FedEx Priority Overnight did not make it to the order processing department, and my order was shipped FedEx Ground instead. When this error was discovered, they would not agree to cover the return shipping costs if I placed a new order over the phone with the correct shipping.
