I had previously posted a review of 1 star. This was due to the fact I had called several times and left messages that were never returned. Mr Ward from Generators on Demand did return my call. He stated that they were in a transition from several call centers during the times that I had reached out to them. He took my information and is currently working on the issue. Regardless of the outcome he did seem sincere and about the miscommunications and for that a 5 star is warranted.
