Another great experience with these very nice / very professional / very experienced folks at Generator Supercenter. The transmitter was knocked of the generator at no fault of theirs. They came to the house the next workday, order the part and took care of the Situation. Baylea directed me to Jack who discussed the situation with me and helped me with the idea of using caution tape to wrap around the HVAC and Generator so another "Einstein" would not again shove a garbage bin between those pieces of equipment and knock off ... read more

Generator Supercenter installed my new standby generator on September 26, 2024. It has never had to run due to an outage; only during "test runs" once a week. On March 10, 2025 (not quite 6 months later with it being brand new) during a "test run", it threw out oil & started smoking real bad. My neighbor notified me because she thought it was on fire. I called Generator Supercenter about it & was told they couldn't get anyone out here to check on it until March 17th. On March 17th they called & said they couldn't make it out... read more

We were not sure about having the valves checked due to the low hours on our generac, however, Christian Sarinana was superb in checking the valves and explaining why he was doing the check.
