Jonathan at Generations was wonderful to work with from start to finish. The facility was always extremely clean, well-lit, and felt very secure. The temperature was consistently perfect, and we never had a single issue during our time there. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I will absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend Generations to anyone needing storage.
My unit got robbed. They stole a bunch of stuff out of there, and nothing was ever done about it, not only by the company, but by the police as well. I thought this unit would be safe seeing how it’s inside of a building however I was wrong. I was one of many people who got robbed at the storage facility unfortunately, I’m still having to use them as for the closest to my house and the cheapest. 🥴 I however, now check on it a lot more than I used to.
