My unit got robbed. They stole a bunch of stuff out of there, and nothing was ever done about it, not only by the company, but by the police as well. I thought this unit would be safe seeing how it’s inside of a building however I was wrong. I was one of many people who got robbed at the storage facility unfortunately, I’m still having to use them as for the closest to my house and the cheapest. 🥴 I however, now check on it a lot more than I used to.
We love generations self storage in vancleave. Very accommodating and easy to work with. We have been very happy storing with this company and recommend them out!
