A great Spa! This is an Aveda spa, so the products are great! I have had many services here. Massages, facials and have had my hair cut/styled twice here. I am always totally relaxed when going here. I have had one bad service here: the sunless tanning treatment. I really believe this was due to the technician not being familiar with the treatment and rushed it. Needless to say, I came out streaked! The manager was very nice and scheduled for me to come in for a "fix." Other than this bad experience, I love this place!
Generations Salon - Hair salon I have been a client of this establishment for several years. The customer service is excellent; I am seen within 10 minutes of my appointment times; the owner and staff are professional and experienced. I recommend them to my family and friends.
More than horrible ** STRESSFUL*** I wanted to have a great spa experience with my 2 daughters as a Christmas present to them. I should have known what it would be like when the first person I see ,the "greeter" talked down to us acting as if she did us a favor letting us in there. Then we couldn't fill out the pages and pages of questions fast enough.Which we heard about as she hovered reprimanding us. Generations Salon is great! Generations Salon is great - I am always pleased with a cut or a color and they are in a great location. Always easy to get an appointment and everyone is very friendly.
Not going back I had highlights and a haircut done at Generations. The cut was okay, but the highlights were not near my scalp- there is already a 1/4 of an inch regrowth because they did not put the foils right up to my scalp. They also did not explain how much more a partial foil would be and I ended up paying way too much on a service that I could have done better myself.
