Chris is a very professional roofer. We had a leak that took us a long time to track down, and we even bought shingles in preparation for a partial roof replacement. However, Chris quickly identified that the real issue was caused by the previous contractor improperly stapling shingles, which led to small leaks. In less than 20 minutes, he fixed the problem with a much more affordable solution. Highly recommend!
Finally, I got someone who was NOT a sales rep on my roof!!! Chris (owner) was a pleasure to work with. Our home is 3 1/2 years old and I had multiple roofing companies out due to a leak on our back patio when we'd get a lot of wind-driven rain . None could properly fix the problem or tell us what the problem was (including the one who installed it). I contacted Chris march 20 on march 21st he came for the estimate and in March 24 they fix my roof, which I think it was very fast. Great service, nice people and they get the job done right away. Good prices, I recommend this company 100%.
Chris with Generations Roofing & Restoration was absolutely great to work with! After weeks of back and forth trying to get answers with a few other companies, all it took was one call to Chris to describe the problem over the phone (a leak coming in through our furnace pipe that vents through the roof not being sealed properly), he was able to come out within a day (on a weekend nonetheless) and quickly solve the problem in that same visit for a very very reasonable price.
