I contacted Chris march 20 on march 21st he came for the estimate and in March 24 they fix my roof, which I think it was very fast. Great service, nice people and they get the job done right away. Good prices, I recommend this company 100%.
Chris with Generations Roofing & Restoration was absolutely great to work with! After weeks of back and forth trying to get answers with a few other companies, all it took was one call to Chris to describe the problem over the phone (a leak coming in through our furnace pipe that vents through the roof not being sealed properly), he was able to come out within a day (on a weekend nonetheless) and quickly solve the problem in that same visit for a very very reasonable price. Very responsive and timely! In one of the last storms, I found some shingles from our roof in the front yard. Got a recommendation from a friend for Generations roofing. I completed the form and Chris called not long after. He was able to get someone to come out the next day while I was away, to inspect and fix the missing shingles. Once done, pictures were sent and it was so good you could not even tell where the new shingles were placed! Appreciate the fast and great service provided by Generations Roofing!
I can't say enough good things about Chris Grinstead and Generations Roofing & Restoration. I'm the head of the HOA for a townhouse neighborhood and we've used Generations for five jobs in the last 6 months, some small, some involving multiple buildings. Chris came out the day after I called him to check out a leak for me. My roof has some age on it and I was prepared for him to tell me I needed to replace my entire roof. Instead he found the source of the leak, repaired it for a very reasonable rate, and let me know my roof should last me a couple more years. I'm so thankful to find an ethical roofing company that didn't try to upsell me or convince me to pursue a fraudulent claim for a free new roof from my insurance company.
