Tiffany Sobas from Generations Realty was amazing on our home purchase. We had her show us quite a few houses & she didn’t hesitate at any time. She earned every penny she got. On the house we bought she got us in contract the day after the house was even listed. I’m not saying everyone will be so lucky to get one in contract that fast but I’m pretty confident it won’t be Tiffany’s fault if it does take longer. If we need a realtor in the future Tiffany will be the one we call.
Becky did a phenomenal job representing my best interests all throughout the process of acquiring my new home. She demonstrated expert knowledge of all aspects, from negotiations, appraisal, to closing. Further, she was very patient when I switched my lender halfway through (and then back again) and when dealing with the selling agent. I would highly recommend Becky to family, friends, and anyone needing a realtor in the area.
It took a little longer than we would have liked, but Julie came thru for us. To be fair, we priced the house a little too high, but that is what we wanted to do. Julie was easy to work with and always kept us informed. We would use her again in a heartbeat!
