The least responsive office staff I have ever encountered. I’ve been trying to get someone to speak with me for MONTHS about a service my insurance is giving me trouble with. I’ve left countless messages and sent emails to only the very occasional response. It’s extremely unprofessional and frustrating at best, and incompetent at worst. I had no issues with my provider for the one or two sessions I did have, but the trouble with the office is absolutely not worth it. Stay away!!
Ryan Dillon is excellent. He is a true professional and treats his patients with compassion and empathy. He goes over and above to help. I highly recommend him
