I received a call on Friday from Alexandra, who left an unclear message that I had to replay several times to try to piece together what was the message she conveyed. When I reach out to her, she picks up and says," I'm listening," and hangs up and never answers again that night. She sends me a message around 7a ish today (4.10.23) -"You can call me now." I see the message several hours later and try to reach out to that number again and she answers, " I'm listening." Phone hangs up again when I begin to speak so I google an... read more

Getting refills is a huge hassle, I have blood pressure medicine I have to take and two separate requests for refills were ignored. No communication on the why or anything, had to find out from the pharmacy itself that no refills had gone through right before a holiday break. Lucky me huh? Gotta scramble to find a way to get my medicine. Save yourself unneeded stress and go somewhere that will communicate with you and get you the life saving medicine you require.

I have been a patient at this office for almost 2 years. I love Dr. Keisha Lowther and the nurse Felicia. They always listen, and are concerned. However, I have not been seen in office in well over a year. I've had multiple health issues arise that I have not been seen in person for yet. I'm here currently and it is 10:30am, my appointment was at 9. I was supposed to go to work, I now cannot. I have been waiting on referral after referral only to get nothing. My ob/gyn put a request in for me for the same doctor, in Birmingh... read more

My mom is a patient at this doctors office!!! However, since the pandemic has not been seen due to office closing down and the like, she has been on a telemed with the doctor once or twice! Her staff is rude, unconcerned with patients health, and the only reason they are probably working in healthcare is for the check!!! It couldn’t possibly be concern or care or empathy for another person!!! Definitely do not recommend
