I am very disappointed with this practice . I have been going to generations for 5 years or so… be aware that this office will release you without a warning or a notice. I am devastated, i was very comfortable seeing Lucy.
I have been dealing with this office for 3 years . Whoever cidney is really needs to self evaluate and self reflect before coming to work there is no way you are working in healthcare with an attitude like that , there is no way i am so glad the calls are recorded after having an conversation with her i feel so uncomfortable and overwhelmed i have never had issues with the staff and going forward i will request for cidney to stay away from me and my kids during check in and check out for appointments as i said the calls are ... read more
Dr. Kornegay, Dr. Goode, and Dr. Lucy are great! We have last minute sickness appointments with our toddlers scheduled all the time and they’re always able to fit us in that same day.
Dr. Kornegay opened his own practice (this one!), but was a part of Plantation Pediatrics that is now Neighbors. My kids have been patients of his since 2009. He is absolutely fantastic. He now works with Dr. Goode and Lucy Lapont. Both of them are just as wonderful as Dr. Kornegay and I’ve never had a problem getting same day appointments for myself or the kids. If you’re looking for a new primary physician I can only recommend this practice.
I highly do not recommend. While the physicians seem knowledgeable, their office and third party billing are not. The office coded our visit incorrectly and when brought to their attention we were sent back and forth between them and billing. They use a third party billing that they do not communicate well with and it takes literal months to get them both to speak to one another.
