Not only is it a pain to get through to any one and when someone does answer they typically tell you to call back. The front office staff blows my mind with the amount of laziness and no drive to work. Ive sent in 3 records request and they told me the doctor would have to ok it... uh doctor ok for me to get my records? ok sure. Dr.Williams rocks the only ob/gyn I will ever go to for my pregnancy
Dr. Skipitis is awesome. After I had my son I wanted to get my tubes tied. My original OB dr that I went to wouldn't do it, and told me that medi-cal did not pay anymore. I went and seen dr skipitis and he didn't have any problem doing the surgery and medi-cal paid for it.
This place is a waste of time not only can you not get through on the phone your constantly told to call back cause their lines are full cause they don't have a hold system... they schedule you then Dr leaves for a Emergency surgery and then they have to reschedule you for another MONTH out RIDICULOUS! not only that i will be in my second trimester before I'm even seen by a Dr thanks to this horribly ran place. Very unprofessional people and they couldn't even call me to let me know he wouldn't be there before i drove out of... read more
This place is wonderful! I've been going here for over 15 years. My mother's been going here for longer than that and my grandmother before her. Dr. Skipitis is the best OB/GYN I've ever had. He is easy to talk to, informative and during exams he's fast, gentle and to the point. The people working there are great and they go out of their way to make things easy on you. Would recommend them to anyone.
Don't bother!! The only place around to do a 3d sonogram so I went there to get one done. I made my appointment a month early only to drive clear across town in my suv to be denied. Not only was I denied after paying them their money, but then they called me back in saying they would do it, only to deny me again. Twice in one appointment frame was I denied for a service that I was paying for. Funny how if they did their job and looked through my files to see all my info hadnt been transferred I wouldn't be in this situation ... read more
It's a nice, friendly, clean atmosphere, and they always make sure your comfortable. I've been going here for 4 years now and gone through two pregnancys throught them as well, they always give you the best treatment while pregnant as well as regular checkups.
