I had an appt today. I drive 1 hour and 55 minutes through the snow and sleet (I live in Pinckney). I called and said I would be late. When I was at 15 mile and Maple I got a phone call saying I could not come and my appt was cancelled. I begged to be seen but the office staff member rudely told me no. There were accidents everywhere this morning. I expected a little understanding but received none.
