I had the most terrible experience visiting Dr. Woods’ office today. I scheduled this appointment a month ago and even took time off work to be there, only to be treated with complete disregard. My appointment was for 1:30 PM, and as I was on my way, I received an important call from my children’s school that I had to take. Once I finished the call, I checked in at 1:37 PM—well within the 15-minute grace period clearly stated on their website and posted at the front desk. We had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Wood and her office our entire pregnancy and birth. Dr. Wood checked in on us throughout our labor, she was an incredible cheerleader and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. We felt safe in her care and we are so thankful she was our OB for our first baby! Dr. Wood is so knowledgeable and provides truly exceptional care.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I called the office to try and schedule an appointment, only to be met with a short response and rudeness. I called and stated my needs, and explained that I had already been to a hospital; I just need to see someone for an ongoing issue. The only thing said to me was “We don’t take hospital referrals” and I was hung up on. I tried to call back, and I got their answering machine saying they were on lunch. Terrible staff. Horrible etiquette. I can’t imagine how they treat their actual patients.
