Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen.
