Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.
