PSA- do yourself a solid and NEVER EVER rent from Generations Self Storage. The green ones that pop up on every single corner taking up all of our land. They are HORRIBLE! Have AWFUL customer service and will NOT help you in any way! It took us calling a total of 40 times to get someone to FINALLY answer about the key breaking off in the lock THEY provided! All while we had items in our unit for 24 hours with it UNLOCKED!!! They told me WE could pay a locksmith or cut it off and any damage done to the door we’re responsible ... read more
