Every time I visit the salon it’s always a great experience. Carlette Lewis is number one. She’s good with styling, cutting and coloring. I’m always satisfied and never need to let her know what I need done purely a perfectionist.
If I could leave zero stars I would!!!!! Bad customer service! To start off, I left a voicemail for this location over a week ago, inquiring about a pixie haircut style that I would like to get done...no one ever called me back. I eventually had to make my appointment thru the Lakewood location, for the Tacoma location and I was told to be there at 2pm on 6/7/25.
