Generations of Middlesboro; the facility in Middlesboro, Kentucky is not a great place for anyone to work for or be a resident at. There are problems with abuse and neglect. The residents are over-medicated, lack of medical and dental care, and you have workers not doing their job duties and responsibilities including the Administrator herself.
