Skipped breakfast to get blood work order done before work. Nurse opened up 15 minutes late and told us she was the only person there and could only take appointments. So I'm starting the day with no breakfast and taking my ADHD meds late for no reason.
I made an appointment with the Raleigh location but was told the doctor did not take new patients. A helpful person rescheduled, but without telling me that was at the Cary location. The Cary location eventually cancelled without offering to reschedule. By then I was waiting in the parking lot of the Raleigh location. I tried going back online but the website persistently drove me back to the Cary location to schedule. Great doctors but rowdy staff. They don't give a damn about customer service. An overhaul of front desk staff & nurse practitioners is desperately needed.
