While I haven’t had terrible experiences with the practitioners at the practice, I would not recommend having your blood drawn there. I chose to pay the extra $20 to have my blood drawn there instead of going off site and ended up with two blown veins (see in comments). I have great veins to have blood drawn from, so clearly better training and vetting for phlebotomists needs to be done. Chose convenience and ended up with pain.
Dr. Jones and his staff have always provided the highest level of customer service to me and my family! This office has gone above and beyond to take time to listen and understand my health concerns and to treat me and my children with care, respect, and dignity. I recommend Dr. Jones and Generations Family Practice to anyone in the East Valley!
