They are sometimes slow to get you back in a room. The dental department is pretty good.
The dentist part of it kind of sucks minus my dentist who is an Indian woman, very kind. The medical part is great I love love love Brett Robinson and dr Glasser both are very knowledgeable and thorough people I refuse to see anyone but them. As for behavioral health I would like to emphasize how very much I love Katie Ramos she is a blessing she is by far the best therapist I have ever met and very good at her job. Awful! First tells me I may have ovarian cancer, without even doing tests. N at the end if the appointment as we're walking out. Then nothing! And also never bothered to stay up on my mother in laws care. When telling her they noticed a small spot on her lung. Well, less than 6 months later we're told, by a different doc, she has cancer throughout. N passed 2 days after finding out. Basically, their lack of care is ridiculous! My mother in law was only 77. I have had nothing but excellent people and service when I go there. They are understanding of your needs and wants and do everything in their power to assist you and take care of you in the best way possible.
I started working in the Danielson facility 6 months ago and I find the providers, staff, and our patients to be wonderful! I adore our patients and will do anything i can to assist them with their medical needs. The staff are some of the finest people i know and they genuinely care about our patients. I am truly impressed by the level of compassion, professionalism, and character the providers and staff exhibit.
