This was a 10 out of 10 experience! It was such a seamless visit from the front desk, to the dental tech, to Dr. Shah. I was way overdue for a cleaning, and Dr. Shah made no judgment. She was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I felt super comfortable the entire time and will definitely be back in 6 months!
Our family has been seeing Dr. Shaw since she opened Generations Family Dentistry. She and her staff are kind, caring, and friendly, but above all professional and committed to preventative dental care. Her office has state-of-the-art equipment and innovative procedures. She accepts our insurance and is close to our home. We are grateful to have such a fine dental office here in La Grange Park.
The team at Generations is so very professional and courteous. They are gentle. They listen to me and my needs and they are not looking to upsell me anything I don’t need.
Very good Dr. Shah is with explaining what is going to feel. Place is very welcoming and from the front receptionist to the hygienist made me feel comfortable. This was first time going there and was referred by someone I work with, best referral I ever received. So, it's clean, friendly, and darn right excellent in dentistry.
Caring, high quality and expert service. We had a tech issue arrive during my procedure and they met the challenge.
