My whole family went for more than a year. It was a waste of time and I was lied to.
I had weekly sessions for more than a year, as did my family. All that I will say is that I don't trust them, nor does anyone in my family, whom each had their own therapist and then neurofeedback therapist. I wouldn't trust them with my mind, nor my family's! I'm so sorry that I wasted a year to decide this. A wasted year of my life...
I have seen a counselor for almost 3 months now and the entire process and therapeutic help I have gotten has been beyond stellar. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Jennifer Dawson. She is terrific, kind, intelligent and most of all... absolutely helpful in my journey to better well being. The staff and office in total so far, have been provided a smooth, professional and relatively easy experience to get started.
