On my first day I could hardly walk from the parking lot to the office. I was taking many pain pills just to get through the day and night. I had severe pain in my lower back my left hip my left knee and my left ankle. After the first week no more pills just ice. After 4 weeks no more pain. I sometimes have a hard time believing it. But I am walking proof. Highly recommend.
