The male piercer inappropriately touched my 19 year old daughter. Watch your daughters!
Everyone was really nice but the piercing experience was not the best the piercer didnt look at my ear for veins and she pierced right through it for my rook piercing and the healing was going good until I realized i was getting a blood blister on my ear so i had to take it out and i was not happy at all.
Liz rushed through vital information at the start of the visit and did not confirm if I was happy with or wanted to make an adjustment to the placement before proceeding with the tragus piercing. When I spoke with Liz about my dissatisfaction with the piercing she became defensive instead of focusing on the consumers needs or a solution. Very unprofessional I will not return or recommend.
