I would like to leave zero stars if I could. My solar panels were installed in March, but they neglected to install the 240v EV outlet in my garage that I paid for and was part of my contract. I have been calling them several times over the past few months and I get not response. My sales rep no longer works for the company nor does the project manager. Very disappointed in the service and lack of response. I am now seeking legal help to resolve this issue.
Extremely disappointed with Generation Solar. Since the installation of our solar panels, we’ve had leaks on 3 separate occasions, each time resulting in water spots appearing on our ceiling directly below the panels. Despite repeated service calls, they have failed to permanently fix the issue. This week alone, we've sent 2 emails and left 2 voice messages, and have yet to receive any response—all while the water damage on our ceiling continues to worsen. This level of neglect and poor follow-through is unacceptable.
It’s a bad company to work with they don’t wanna pay commissions I’m trying to wait for my commission for a year they haven’t call me and try to call them they say they don’t have money to keep waiting I’m waiting and waiting please do not do business with this Company
I was so pleased with the service that I received from Generation Solar. I was looking for a solar company that could not only share with me the benefits but provide the service on top of it. I know that I found a partner in solar. I am happy I chose this team!
