Terrible customer service
Can't get Generation solar LLC to call us back. We have left many voicemails and emails starting back in August of this year. We are having an issue with our solar and can't get any response. Very disappointed in this companies customer service. Would love to hear back from them.
I recommend caution. Five years ago Generation Solar installed panels at my house. I have reported leaks in the roof 3 times since the install. Generation Solar came out twice to fix the leaks. I have tried to contact service/support for 3 months. I have logged over 20 calls and 2 emails. I have left multiple messages, spoken to some one in the office twice, and have been unable to leave messages due to a full voice mailbox. I am exploring alternatives to be compensated. VERY DISAPPOINTED as a previous customer that is trying to contact ANYONE in the company for panel info—there is no way to leave a message, no one answering the phones, no response to emails—etc! Our installation was great but the after customer care SUCKS!
