They had me, unapologetically, to hurry up and wait in a water filled pedicure tub for 40+ mins. I stop the man who, appears to be in charge, could you put more hot water, (because the water had gotten cold now) how long? He said 10 mins. After 15 mins, I asked for a towel to dry my feet, so I could leave. Again, he said she’s finishing with the top coat on her client and will be right with you.
