I brought my daughter to see Dr. Obianna Anayalebechi for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed by his approach. He took the time to ask thoughtful and detailed questions, really connecting the dots between her health history and current needs. Dr. Obina show no regard for people's time and absolutely no sense of professionalism. There was zero communication, zero follow-up and complete lack of basic courtesy.
The medical receptionist, Flora, is kind and helpful. She took the time to talk to the doctor on my behalf, and then faxed me two requisition forms that I could not find. Dr Obinna is a busy doctor and I have to wait to see him for my appointments. However, he listens to my concerns when I see him, and refills my prescriptions when I request my pharmacy to fax him. Be prepared to sit and wait for atleast an HOUR or MORE. It's been consistent lates over several years now. Everytime I take my parents there for a visit. The reception is kind and friendly but Dr. Obinna definitely lacks connection and compassion with his patients and never once acknowledges or apologizes for being behind 2 hours.
