kyle was outstanding and help us with getting a new optima. He very knowledgeable about the the car. we had to wait to be approved and he was kept us up to date on the loan and did not give up on us. he was great and made us feel good about buying from a new car from Kia.

All the salesmen were very polite and friendly. Joe Jones, the salesman who helped me find the car that was best for me was very nice and kind. He's not your average pushy, snobbish, and unhelpful salesman, rather, Joe Jones helped me get the best deal on a vehicle and he was very informative. David, Will, and Kendrick were also working with Joe to accommodate for car I was looking for. All three men were very nice and a pleasure to talk with. One of the worst car dealerships on Long Island. They prey on people. Promise one car payment & when you go to pick-up the car, it's over $100.00 more a month. STAY AWAY !! They are the lowest life form.

Absolute scam artists. I felt like I was watching an old comedy "Used Cars," should have walked out then. But I chose to try and buy a car from them. After taking a $500 deposit told me they could not get me approved. I went to Atlantic Auto Mall and was approved. I was promised my refund the following day. I am still waiting. What a bunch of scum bags. Run don't walk away.
