Thanks to Jerry and Steve we have a working bathroom again!! We've had a stuck diverter for awhile and were too lazy to get it fixed until one day we noticed the leaking started happening on the top by the handle. We called Gen III and met Steve. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and worked very quickly to fix everything. Unfortunately our house was older so the parts he had were not compatible.
