Where do I even begin at first this place was very welcoming. Everything was going very smoothly appointments were flowing they were very fast at Emailing back and making phone calls with you we completed half of the tests and this is where it starts to go downhill they tell me to report back on day one of my period so we can schedule the SONO appointment and they never got back to me. Generation Fertility surpassed all expectations and gave me my miracle baby. I spent more than a year at a different clinic where I experienced staffing and scheduling issues, appointments took up to 1.5 hours, there was a ~4 month wait to speak with my doctor, the staff didn’t remember my name or get to know me, the facilities were old and chronically overcrowded, and the worst part - every month I received a short and cold phone call where I was informed I was, once again, not pregnant. They are disorganized. Make routine errors and constant mis-diagnosis. What should be straight forward is complicated for them at all levels. Lack of communication. Front desk is the worst. For what you pay you'd expect better professionalism and service. Perhaps Dr Gurau is the worst team. Try other team, or better yet try another clinic, otherwise you're wasting time and money and more so precious opportunity at creating precious life. This place is a circus Don't have a clown.
