I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. Appointment dates were repeatedly changed, often without much notice, and there was no confidence that scheduled appointments would actually be honored. This made it extremely difficult to plan or continue treatment. Due to the ongoing scheduling issues, we decided not to proceed with care at this clinic and requested a refund for all the fees that were already paid. Been waiting over 5 weeks for a in house appointment. After doctor say someone going to call and book me in. Lol still waiting. I called in but no one pick up the phone.
I've been to the Newmarket and Vaughn location and the staff are so friendly. I had a sono done and the Dr was amazing.
