Dr. Lai is really nice and sweet. She understands and empathizes with my situation. She answers everything in detail whatever I ask.
I had a wonderful experience with this fertility clinic. Every staff member I encountered — including the doctors, nurses, ultrasound technicians, phlebotomists, and front desk team — was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. I am forever grateful and thankful to the wonderful staff at generation fertility for helping us finally become parents after 5 years of infertility. Dr.Gurau is absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for a more professional, kind and genuine doctor. Working with this clinic has been a smooth process. The office staff, technicians, nurses and Dr. Hartman have been patient and helpful when supporting us through our journey. I recommend you going here because you will be properly looked after.
Switched clinics, felt a lack of communication and support throughout the process. Currently going to MFC and they call you after every appointment , email you your results and you meet up with a nurse right after! When I asked to send my paper work to the new clinic they didn’t even ask why. Felt like a number and felt a lack of compassion/care.
