I’m very disappointed with how slow things are at this clinic. My mistake was not choosing another one where I could have received my results within a few days. Here, I have to wait almost a month just to discuss them, which feels extremely frustrating. Timely results are important, especially when it comes to health concerns, and this long wait is unacceptable. I really expected a more efficient process and better communication
My wife and I just started going to Generation Fertility, and so far, our experience has been fantastic. The staff have been incredibly welcoming and supportive, making what can be a stressful process much more comfortable. A special shoutout to Vanessa. she’s been amazing! My wife and I are both pretty bad with needles (me even more so! lol), but Vanessa made the process painless and easy. Her patience, kindness, and skill really put us at ease, thank you! Looking forward to continuing our journey here.
Staff are very friendly and very kind. Never had a problem with the time of appointment they're so quick.
